Shipping Policy

At Mohmith, we value our customers’ time and money and strive to ensure that they receive their purchased products in the finest condition, on or before the committed date. To achieve this, we have partnered with leading logistics and courier companies such as Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express, and Ecom Express.

Delivery Timeline

The delivery timeline depends on the customer’s delivery address. Generally, orders are delivered within 2-5 days. For Metros and Tier 1 cities, delivery may take 3-4 working days, while for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and rural areas, delivery may take 5-7 working days.

Shipping Charges

We provide free shipping across India.

Order Issues

  • If an order is canceled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, the entire order amount will be refunded.
  • If your parcel is damaged or tampered with upon receipt, please refuse to accept it and contact our customer care at 08046163052 or email us at support@mohmith.com with your order number. We will make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Cancellation Policy

Mohmith reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation under circumstances where the requirement cannot be met. We will ensure that any communication of order cancellation or applicable refund is made in a reasonable time.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 24 hours, barring extenuating circumstances.
  • Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours is at the discretion of Mohmith and the refund will be issued in the form of a credit voucher code.
  • Cancellation requests should be emailed to support@mohmith.com with your ORDER No. Requests via phone or online chat are not accepted.

Sale Items

Discount coupon codes are not applicable to sale products.

Customized Products/Orders

  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • There will be no discount available on customization costs for any product.

Facetime or Skype Call Orders

  • Products ordered via Facetime or Skype calls cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
  • No discounts are available on products purchased through Facetime or Skype calls.
  • Products purchased via Facetime or Skype calls are eligible for returns or refunds only if there are manufacturing defects. Accessories are not returnable.

Order Delays/Cancellations Due to Delay

  • Occasionally, a product may not be produced as expected, leading to order delays. We may seek your advice on such matters.
  • If there is a discrepancy in the measurements provided, we may contact you to cross-check, which could delay the order.
  • At any point during the garment construction process, the product cannot be canceled.

Refunds

  • A canceled order within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher code for future purchases or a refund to your bank account.
  • Refunds will be processed to your Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
  • During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns may be slightly delayed.
  • Products purchased during Sale are not eligible for refunds.
  • At no point will Mohmith issue refunds exceeding the product’s value.
