Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipment and Tracking Details


  • On the placement of an order, you will receive an email with complete details of your order including order number, tracking number, etc.
  • Once your order has been shipped from our end, we shall track the order until delivery.
  • For cash on delivery orders we do not have the option of open delivery.

Vat and Custom Duties


  • VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control.
  • They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer.

Shipment Delays


  • There might be delays due to unavoidable circumstances which would be beyond our control including festivals, holidays, lockouts, etc.
  • No refund or returns will be entertained during such times.
  • However, exchange or replacement options will be available for this.

Return Policy


  • Though we endeavor to provide you with the best of all our services, if unintentionally, you are not satisfied with the quality of our product or service, you can contact us at info@mohmith.com and we will get back to you at the earliest and address your concerns.
  • Kindly return the product back to us within 7 working days with the original packing and a copy of the invoice.
  • Returns shall not be accepted for fabrics
  • We would request you to send us an email for any return request on info@Mohmith.com with the following details:
    • Order Number
    • Product code
    • Reason for returning the product
    • Photo of the product which you intend to deliver back to us
    • Return Cannot be initiated for the sarees,if the blouse is stitched
    • Return can not be initiated for any stiching or alteration made to the product.
    • No returns will be accepted for fabrics

For items received with manufacturing defects/mistake with my order/in damaged condition?


  • For any displeasure with a purchase, please contact us at info@Mohmith.com and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

How do I return a faulty order?


  • If you received a product with manufacturing defect or it is not the product that you ordered for or if it was misrepresented on our website, kindly email us at info@Mohmith.com within 24 hours from receiving the product and we shall assist you with the process there onwards.

  • Any shipping cost with regards to the return of the product from Overseas will have to be borne by the customer.
  • For Indian residents, customers will not have to bear the shipping expenses for returning a product.

What is the next step after I return my order?


  • You will get the replacement shipped to you at no cost at all.
  • If the replacement of the product is not possible, we will request you to pick an alternate product of the same value.

Will I get a refund?


  • As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund within 1-2 working days.
  • We will notify you through an email confirming the transfer of credit to your account.
  • Anyone wishing to visit the store in order to get a replacement, we shall provide you with a credit note which you can en-cash within 6 months from the issuing date of the credit note.

What if the customization goes wrong?


  • If you are dissatisfied with a product that is customized, we will do the alteration for you, free of cost.
  • If alteration is not possible, we will replace the product.
  • If replacement is not possible, we will let you choose an alternate product of the same value.
  • However, you will have to bear the logistics expenses in case you reside Overseas & for Indian residents pick up will be done from our end.
  • There are no refunds/replacements for customized products.

  • GIFT DELIVERIES SHALL BE SOLELY AT THE CUSTOMER’S RISK. In case the persons available at such places at the time of delivery fail to accept the package, for any reason, Mohmith will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall Mohmith attempt re-shipment of the same order. For a special or preferred delivery date, the Customer shall necessarily mention the required delivery date in the gift message box when placing the order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, the package shall be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.
  • Customers are requested to provide full address with pin code / zip code, and any inaccuracies in delivery on account of incorrect address shall not be the responsibility of Mohmith in any manner whatsoever. Please note that “Billing Address” shall mean the address where a customer receives the credit card bills. Shipping address shall mean the address where the order shall have to be delivered.
  • Mohmith shall intimate by email, in case of delay in shipping due to unavailability of stock or due to unusual delay in filing an order.
  • As far as possible, product orders shall be processed within 48-72 hours of the Order being placed with mohmith. Expected shipment time is 7-15 business days, all other factors being optimum.

Tracking of Shipment:


  • Moh mith shall provide details of shipment via email alerts to the customer, once the package is handed across to the carrier agency. The email alerts shall contain the transport/courier agency’s website details along with tracking number and expected date of delivery. The Customer may use the said details to keep a check on status of the package.
  • Please note that tracking numbers for orders shipped may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the websites.

Disclaimer for Color and Description


  • Quality is of utmost importance at Mohmith and we put special efforts to publish the best quality pictures with true to life colors for our customers. But digital photography has its limitations. Though we strive to achieve accuracy, a lot of factors affect the way colors look different from real life compared to its digital version. Things like weather and lighting conditions and even the monitor settings of the viewer can cause a color variation.
  • The colors of the garment with shades of blue and green always photograph differently that the actual tone. The same can be said about many iridescent colors like Orange, Bright Pink and Purple.
  • Deep colors like Black, Dark Navy Blue and Dark Brown may look similar.
  • Also, Pale colors like off white, white, grey & cream look different in pictures depending on the lighting conditions in the studio at the time of shoot
  • The colors red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on website and actual product.
  • The colors green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
  • Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
  • Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
  • Moh mith recommends the use of its sample blouse/ sample salwar suit, size trial option, while placing orders for stitched products, in order to avoid errors of size/style, etc.
